Jonathon first worked as a REALTOR with Keller Williams in the Southwest Market Center back in 2009. An entrepreneur at heart, Jonathon helped found the Adams Group in 2022 while also working as Senior Land Analyst for Lonestar Development Partners, a premier multifamily and build for rent developers in Central Texas.

John has a passion for meeting and helping new clients and customers reach their fiduciary goals in any and all facets of the commercial real estate game. A lifelong, native San Antonian, John runs the South Texas arm for the Adams Group. He always brings a can-do mentality and strong work ethic to any business situation and prides himself on his customer service and ability to build lasting relationships with every client he works with.

Before joining the Adams Group, David has spent the last decade working with a business that specializes in assessing broker price opinions for foreclosed and bank-owned properties. He is a certified “numbers guy” and an expert with comps and the analysis of P&Ls and financial statements. David brings an old-school, workhorse mentality to all his business dealings and works relentlessly to maximize profits and returns for any business deal he touches.
